Mr. Abhishek Rajdeep is a Visiting Research Fellow (Sustainable Forestry) at IISD; is an experienced forestry and sustainability professional who has worked in the industry for over 10 years. He has completed his Master's in Environment Management from the prestigious Forest Research Institute, Dehradun. He has acquired hands-on experience in handling several forestry, wildlife, and climate change projects at different geographical locations (particularly in the North-East states) sponsored by national and international organizations.

His Commitment for Action Research Projects is showcased through cofounded Everain Global Services. He has experience in handling forests, wildlife, and climate change projects for both government and non-government organizations, such as Adani Transmission Limited, Essel Mining Limited, Hindalco Industries Limited, NTPC Limited, Uttrakhand Irrigation Department, and many more.

Abhishek is deeply engaged in Sustainable Forestry related projects; along with Forestry Certiification, CAMPA, Carbon Sequestation and international REDD+ projects; which aim emission reduction from deforestation and forest degradation, and foster conservation, sustainable management of forests, and enhancement of forest carbon stocks.
